EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMME (EHWP)

We provide a holistic tailor-made and confidential employee wellness services to all employees and their immediate family members, which fit the specific and unique organisational culture and working environment of the employees. We offer HIV and AIDS Campaigns, VCT Campaigns, Pre- and Post Counselling Services, Care and Support, Referral, Peer Educators, Support, Training, Promotion and Marketing.

COUNSELLING

We provide counselling services to every person and their immediate family members who are experiencing any form of personal problem, be it mental, emotional, physical illness, family distress, financial problems, alcoholism, drug dependency, legal concerns work-related or other problems.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

We also provide career, personality, emotional, intelligence, neuropsychological and aptitude psychological tests which present a strategic Human Resource investment for selecting and developing talented employees.
Our instruments can also give valuable information for use in  career guidance, personal and organisational development.
To enhance Health and Safety requirements, we provide the Vienna Dover Test which is an aptitude test carried out on all mine employees, pilot, drivers and engineers. We provide Road Accident Fund (RAF) Assessments as well as Medico-Legal Assessments to the Road Accident Fund for both plaintiffs and defendants.

COACHING AND MENTORING

Our talks help our clients to discover the giants within themselves and to fully utilise seeds of greatness which are embedded at their cellular level in achieving great things irrespective of their past or present circumstances. Our talks also help employees to view their jobs as an opportunity for them to grow while serving others

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

We offer leadership development programme to our clients at all levels. To us, leadership is a process, not a position. It is about growing yourself as a leader, growing others, and growing together. This holistic leadership programme helps leaders in dealing with people and their continuously changing dynamics.

CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

We also provide change support initiatives, such as Change Resilience programmes, training of managers/supervisors and employee wellness programme representatives on place during these sessions to empower these officials to conduct similar sessions with the employees in their offices/regions. As part of the change management plan, our EWP services will play an active role in providing support to the employees.
